The Center Point Shopping Center, once designated as Center Point Center, is a 109,174 square-foot strip mall on a 10-acre site on the 2300 block of Center Point Parkway, between 23rd Avenue Northwest and 23rd Terrace Northwest in Center Point. The shopping center backs up to the Raintree Apartments and Center Point Elementary School.

The center was built in the 1960s. The strip suffered some damage from the January 2012 tornado outbreak.
