The Central Alabama Presbytery was a regional organization of the Presbyterian Church in the United States (i.e., the "Southern Presbyterian Church") for African American congregations and ministers. It was founded in 1891.

In 1964 it was disbanded and congregations integrated into the white-majority presbytery which after Presbyterian reunion created the Presbyterian Church (USA) became the Presbytery of Sheppards and Lapsley in 1988.
