Chiquita Lashun Holloway (born c. 1972) is an educations specialist and candidate for Birmingham City Council District 7 in the 2009 Birmingham City Council election.

Holloway is a graduate of and former Congressional young scholar at Jones Valley High School. She has a bachelor's degree from Miles College and master's degrees in educational leadership and biology from UAB. As a City Council candidate she advocates educational improvements, investing in infrastructure and job recruitment, and expanding library services.
