The City Hall Diner was a restaurant located at 521 Montgomery Highway in the Vestavia Place shopping center, next door to the Vestavia Hills City Hall. It was owned by Jennifer Dunn Claborn and opened in October 2006.

Claborn died in August 2009. Her parents kept the restaurant open through March 2010. It was reopened as Bistro V by chef Jeremy Downey and general manager Emily Tuttle two months later.
