The Comedy Club Stardome (originally The Comedy Club) is a nightclub and event center featuring performances by stand-up comedians at 1818 Data Drive in Hoover.

The club was opened by Bruce Ayers in 1983 in a 200-seat venue in a Chinese restaurant on U. S. Highway 31 in Homewood. In 1985 Ayers moved it to a larger space on Green Springs Highway. That venue was destroyed by fire during the Blizzard of 1993 on March 12, 1993.

In October of that year, Ayers opened the Comedy Club Stardome, a 420-seat theater with banquet facilities and other amenities, in Hoover. Ayers' wife, Che Che, and two daughters help run the business.
