It owns newspapers, television stations, and web sites which serve 150 communities in the United States. It employs more than 2,600 people in 23 states and has over $520 million in annual revenue, placing it among the largest privately-owned companies in the region.
The company was headquartered at 3500 Colonnade Parkway and the CEO is Donna Barrett. A major financial backer of CNHI is David Bronner's Retirement Systems of Alabama.
