Qunelius "Cory P." Pettway (born August 22, 1988) has worked for the District 5 office for the City Council, leading community outreach for Councilor Dr. Darrel O'Quinn, since 2017. Pettway is also the spokesman for The Willing Family community activist group, and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 4 in the 2021 Municipal Election.

Pettway graduated from Midfield High School in 2006 and married the former Taketha QuaShawn in 2008. He has studied social work at Miles College, counseling at Baptist College of Florida and early childhood education at Jefferson State Community College. He is a former teacher in the JCCEO's "Early Head Start" program, and serves on the board for the Birmingham chapter of the National Juneteeth Observance Day.

As a candidate for City Council, Pettway supports community investment and home ownership.
