Crazy Cajuns Boiling Pot is a Cajun restaurant located at 125 Inverness Plaza, near the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and Cahaba Valley Road. It was opened in June 1997 by Robert and Lulu Regard.

The Regards came to Birmingham from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and based the restaurant's menu on Robert's grandmother's family recipes.

They made the decision to retire from running the restaurant and put the business of for sale in late 2022.
