Curt Bloom

Curt Bloom (born c. 1963) is the play-by-play announcer and director of broadcasting for the Birmingham Barons on WJOX-AM.

Before coming to the Barons to take over for Rob Evans in 1991, Bloom announced for the Huntsville Stars, Prince William Cannons, and Bakersfield Blaze.

Bloom graduated from North Salem High School in 1981 and the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 1985.
