D1 Sports Training & Therapy is an athletic training and therapy facility under construction on Independence Court in unincorporated Jefferson County between Homewood and Vestavia Hills near Brookwood Hospital. It is part of a Nashville, Tennessee-based chain owned by a partnership which includes NFL quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Philip Rivers.

The company purchased property for the 25,000 square foot center in 2008, but was delayed as it sought orthopedists and athletes to join the venture.
