The Freemans, daughters of homebuilder [[John O. Freeman]], graduated from [[Hoover HIgh School]] in 1998, and both majored in broadcast journalism at the [[University of Alabama]]. They are both married, to former roommates who both played baseball for the Crimson Tide. After graduation, they took on additional duties at the station.

The Freemans currently reside in Baldwin County where they staff the real estate sales office for Bon Secour Village, for which their father was the homebuilder. They still do occasional promotions for the Birmingham station.
