Eddleman Properties

Eddleman Properties is a developer of new homes, primarily along the Highway 280 corridor, and often constructed by its Eddleman Homes division. The firm is headed by Douglas D. Eddleman and has been recognized as "Developer of the Year" (1999) from the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders.

The company's offices are located in the Mountain Brook Center at 2700 Highway 280. Eddleman also owns and manages the Mountain Brook Center building.
