Elisa Burns-Macon (born c. 1962) is a real estate agent and retired teacher.

Burns-Macon has a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Montevallo and a master's in music education from Louisiana State University. She taught at several Birmingham City Schools including Whatley, Powell, and Kingston Elementary Schools and Hayes and Gaskins Middle Schools before joining the faculty at the Altamont School. She retired as chair of Altamont's department of fine arts.

Burns-Macon ran as a candidate for the Birmingham Board of Education, District 3 in the 2009 election, but lost in the runoff election.
