FM 101.1 is a broadcast radio frequency currently assigned to WYDE-FM. It debuted in 1950, licensed in Cullman. Before the transmitter was upgraded in 2002 by Crawford Broadcasting the station's signal was often too weak to reach the Over the Mountain market south of Birmingham.
