Am I to assume that Clarence Boatwright owns the copyright to it and has given specific permission to use it on BhamWiki, or has it been freed up under our normal Creative Commons license? Ingalls 1951

Mr. Boatwright rescued all of the photos from a dumpster at the plant in the early 1990s and has given me permission to use them in my documentary and on the website. The original image was made by a commercial photographer hired by the company in 1951.
