I messed up on this one. I didn't think CC BY-NC would be an issue since BW doesn't use photos commercially but I just saw the notice that says not to upload stuff with CC BY-NC so feel free to delete this. I couldn't find a way to delete it myself. --MichaelTunnell (talk) 22:46, 2 May 2016 (PDT)

  • Several options: (1) We can go ahead with the photographer's permission to use the BY-SA license. (2) We can follow and clearly reference the terms of the photographer's existing BY-NC licensing (We are non-commercial, but our typical license allows commercial uses that preserve the BY-SA licensing). (3) With permission, we can publish it with a normal copyright notice and the Template:Permission, or (4) We can use a photo I took the same day that also happens to have Andre Natta in it wearing his version of the t-shirt. --Dystopos (talk) 06:30, 3 May 2016 (PDT)
    • so the photographer agreed to relicense it and now I'm torn because the photo of it with Andre Natta is a solid option, perhaps the better option. Though I'd feel like a jackass to ask them to switch and then not use it so what do youthink about doing a small image on the side of one and then a gallery of all the murals in the middle of the page? --MichaelTunnell (talk) 08:31, 3 May 2016 (PDT)
