The Hardwick Building is a 30,000 square foot former fabricating plant at 2308 1st Avenue South which housed the Birmingham operations of the Hardwick Company from 1909 until 2020, when it was purchased by Bayer Properties for redevelopment.

Williams Blackstock Architects was commissioned to design the renovations, which are expected to add 20,000 feet of additional floor space.
