The Heart of Dixie Quilters Guild, founded in 1988, is a quilting club that meets the second Tuesday of each month at Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church in Trussville.

The guild, open to all, promoted interest in the art of quilting. The group performs community-service projects such as making quilts for critically ill babies at St Vincent's East, creating "Quilts of Valor" for military veterans, and donating a heart-related quilt to the American Heart Association's Heart Ball auction.
