Hewitt-Trussville Middle School (or HTMS) is located at 5275 Trussville-Clay Road in Trussville. The school serves students living within the Trussville School System in grades 6-8. The principal is Phyllis Faust, who succeeded Sunderland Williams as interim-principal after his August 2007 resignation and was given the permanent post in March 2008.

The middle school was originally located at 301 Parkway Drive, at the eastern end of the Trussville Mall.
