'''Industrial High School''' was a high school for black children opened in [[Birmingham]] in [[1900]].  The original principal was [[A. H. Parker]].  The school started with 19 students and its first graduating class, with 15 diplomas granted, was in [[1904]].

In [[1937]] the school had an enrollment of over 2,700.  In [[1939]], Parker retired as principal and the school was subsequently renamed [[A. H. Parker High School]] in his honor.
