Jefferson County Beekeepers Association is a non-profit organization for beekeepers and honey bee afficionados which promotes the beekeeping hobby in Jefferson County. The JBCA meets on the third Thursday of each month at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. The current president of the assocaition is John Hurst and vice-president is David Ellis.
