John Rolen (born April 20, 1974) is chef de cuisine at Bottega restaurant.

Rolen graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School and earned his bachelor's degree in fine arts at UAB. He began working at Bottega in 1998. He was promoted to chef de cuisine in 2000. He left the restaurant in 2013 to work as chef for Whole Foods' Mountain Brook supermarket. He returned to the restaurant in 2016 after the departure of Paul Yeck.
