Joseph Graham is a photographer.

He is the grandson of former Cardiff mayor Joe Country. In February 2009 he inherited Country's home and an adjacent mining company shotgun house on the same property. Graham began remodeling the main house, but ran into a hitch when the vacant cottage was classified as an insurance liability. Rather than demolish it, he offered to donate the house to the Five Mile Creek Greenways Partnership.

The Town of Broookside hopes to be able to relocate the cottage to their municipal complex on Brookside-Coalburg Road and make use of it as a historical museum with displays on the area's mining industry. Efforts to raise enough money to move the structure are ongoing.
