Kelley's opened on August 21, 2009, with a similar menu to O.T.'s, and also employs some of the same staff, including Carolyn Green who cooks the lunch menu. In September 2010, Wayne Ellis, owner of O. T.'s, began working at Kelley's, after helping a group of investors open O. T.'s on Acton in Vestavia Hills.
