The Ketona Maintenance Camp was the staging facility for Jefferson County road maintenance crews servicing the eastern and northern sections of the county. It was closed in 2011 as part of drastic budget cuts required due to the loss of the Jefferson County Occupational Tax and the ongoing Jefferson County debt crisis.

The camp's address was 133 County Shop Road, off Pinehill Road west of Alabama State Highway 79 in the unincorporated Robinwood area encircled by Tarrant.

In 2006 the camp employed 168 people, 115 of whom were classed as unskilled laborers. In addition to serving as a base for crews, the camp warehoused materials, supplies and fuels, repaired vehicles and tires, and manufactured pre-cast concrete pipes, inlet covers, picnic tables, parking stops and barricades. Its annual budget varied between $8.3 million and $9.6 million between 2003 and 2006.
