L.O.C. (or Lyricists of Culture) was a hip-hop group formed in 1991 at Jackson-Olin High School by Ricardo Johnson, Antoine Johnson, Alter Harris and Gary Richardson. The group, which was greatly influenced by Outkast, released a casette single, "Here Comes the Hoodz", and performed at City Stages.
