Lee Brook is a small stream in Helena. The brook runs north from a source near the eastern end of Coalmont Road at Helena Road toward Buck Creek, just north of M. H. Williams Drive and the Louisville & Nashville Railroad.

Lee Brook is dammed at Joe Tucker Park to form a 7.5 acre artificial lake. Parts of the streambed are buried in culverts.

Prairie Brook and another small creek join Lee Brook just south of Shelby County Highway 52.
