Robert E. Lee Elementary School is an elementary school in the Birmingham City Schools system located at 630 18th Street Southwest in the Oakwood Place neighborhood of West End. It was built in 1925 adjacent to West End High School, with some additions 3 years later. It was named for former Confederate General Robert E. Lee.
