Lee Isaacs is an American photographer, living and working in Birmingham, Alabama.

With more than 20 years experience as a photographer, Isaacs has involved himself with many different types of photography techniques including, digital, polaroid, polaroid transfer, and pinhole photography has also taught photography seminars and classes. Isaacs has also photographed for many artists and worked with numerous companies commerically and artistically. His work has been published by Alabama Symphony Orchestra, American Sports Medicine, Cooking Light Magazine, Cumberland School of Law, First Alabama Bank, Krupp International, McWane Company, MedPartners, Money Magazine, Russell Athletic, Samford University (School of Business), Southern Company, Standard Deluxe, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Isaacs studied Pinhole photography with Pinky M. M. Bass, and is developing digital pinhole techniques.

As an active member of the Photography Guild of the Birmingham Museum of Art, Isaacs, helps provide support to the museum's photography collection through programming and fund-raising. Through this guild, Isaacs recently participated in the "Pinhole Camera" exhibit at Watley Drake.

Isaacs participates in Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day along with including Jessica Chan, Jan Kapoor, Yoon Lee, Mike Manley, Maria Martinez, David Silvan, and Sam Wang among thousands of artists the world over.

  • Isaacs exhibited his work at Agnes, a Birmingham photography gallery from 1992 to 2000. During this time, Isaacs was photography editor for Alabama Art Monthly, a state-wide magazine established and published through the Agnes gallery.

  • Isaacs was also the still photographer for the film, "Johnny Flynton".
