Postcard from Lou-Jac Drive-In

Lou-Jac Drive-In was a small fast-food restaurant chain with locations at 8506 1st Avenue North in East Lake and Bessemer Road. It was named for owners Louis and Jack.

In addition to drive-in service, the restaurant featured well-appointed dining rooms. The menu included "Glorifried Shrimp" and franchised "Chicken in the Rough". The East Lake location also ran an adjoining mini-golf course. The Bessemer Road location opened in 1952.
