Lucy C. Bonds (born October 6, 1964 in Greensboro, Hale County) is the owner of Lucy's Coffee and Tea.

Bonds graduated from Greensboro High School West, and from the University of Alabama in 1986. She opened the coffee shop, located on University Boulevard on the UAB campus, in 1993. In 2003 she married real estate agent Brian Kelleher.
