Lyn Spotswood (born December 21, 1946, Meridian, Mississippi; died October 9, 1996, Barton, Vermont) was a theatre director and actress best known for founding the Southside Giant Puppet Workshop. As a young woman, she was injured in a car accident, rendering her quadraplegic and bound to a wheelchair. She attended Ramsay High School, graduating in 1964. Her father was reported by a Ramsay classmate to be a journalist at the Birmingham News.
