Maiden Heights is an 11-home residential subdivision being developed by Allan Worthington and Red Street Investment Co. on a former surface parking lot at 1235 23rd Street South, the Highland Park section of which was formerly known as "Maiden Street".

Barrett Architecture Studio designed the three house types, including a bronwstone-inspired rowhouse. Murray Construction is building the development, which was completed in spring 2024.
