The Massey Business College building is a three story, 23,665-square-foot brick commercial building at 2024 3rd Avenue North. It was constructed in 1905 for Massey Business College and later housed the Alabama Department of Revenue's Birmingham Taxpayer Service Center.

After the Department vacated the building, it turned over ownership to the City of Birmingham. In 2014 the vacant building was sold for $350,000 to SWBP Colonnade LLC, a subsidiary of Shannon Waltchack Development, for commercial redevelopment. The developer did not fulfill the agreement to improve the property, and agreed to sell it back to the city for $380,000 in 2016. The city then sold it to another developer, JLR LLC, for $650,000.

The structure is a "contributing resource" to the Downtown Birmingham Historic District.
