The brick building features a central corridor lit with large windows on each floor flanked by pilasters. To either side are office spaces with large triple double-hung windows. The central section extends above the roof to a higher parapet ornamented with a flagpole. The entranceway is covered with a projecting limestone cornice with two bracket lights.
