Max Sokol (d. March 25, 2004) was a longtime Birmingham retailer and member of Temple Beth-El. He was husband to Sara Rogoff Sokol and father to Sandra, Jim and Bruce Sokol. He raised his family on Highland Avenue in Birmingham's Southside. His children attended Ramsay High School.
