Mayor of Adamsville is the elected leader of the Jefferson County city of Adamsville, which was incoprorated in 1901.
2008-2012
Pam Palmer avoided a runoff by garnering 55% of the vote in the August 26, 2008 municipal elections to replace the retiring Terry Loggins. Stephen Adams (235 votes) finished second in the race. Johnny Click and Terrell Guy also ran.
