Melissa Galt is a an interior designer, educator and author living and working in Atlanta. She is the great grandaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright<ref>Great granddaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright</ref> and daughter of American actress Anne Baxter. <ref>Daughter of Anne Baxter</ref> She attained a BS from Cornell University in Hotel Administration <ref>Cornell University</ref>. She then went on to Southern Institute in Birmingham, Alabama where she graduated with honors in Interior design.<ref>Southern Institute with Honors, Birmingham, Alabama</ref> During and after this time at Southern Institute, Galt taught evening classes in Special Studies for UAB in "How to Collect Art." After her move to Atlanta, Georgia, Galt taught design classes at Emory University on such topics as "Great Design Sources for Decorating," "Change Your Interiors, Change Your Life" and "Haute Couture for the Home: Living with Style" before taking on the job of a lifestyle coach. Galt was trained and certified as a life coach by Marcia Wieder. <ref>Life coach, Marcia Weider</ref> Galt speaks nationally on topics such as "Designing a Signature Life," "Don't Wait for a Mate, Feather Your Nest Now!" and "Designing a Signature Lifestyle." <ref>American Entertainment International Speakers Bureau</ref> Galt has a radio show called "The Art Full Life" She is a member of many professional organizations including "NARI," (National Association of Remodelers) <ref>[http://www.nari.org "NARI," Des Plaines, Illinois</ref>, "IFDA" (International Furnishings and Design Association) <ref>"IFDA" King of Prussia, Pennsylvania</ref>, "ADN," (Atlanta Designers Network) <ref>"ADN" Atlanta, Georgia</ref> and is on the board for "IDS," (Interior Design Society) <ref>"IDS" High Point, North Carolina</ref>.
