Milestone Books was a bookstore located in the Vestavia Hills City Center from 2004 to 2010. It was owned by Jim and Linda Brown.

Milestone Books' sales peaked in 2007. In 2008 it was selected for a Blue Ribbon Small Business Award from the United States Chamber of Commerce. The store continued to turn a profit despite an economic downturn in 2009. But after divorcing her husband, Linda decided to return to medical sales. After no buyers were found, she closed the shop.
