The Naia Corporation is an information technology services and consulting firm founded in 1997 by Terry Lee and Tanveer Patel. The company specializes in serving manufacturing and distribution companies. The word "Naia" is Greek, meaning "to flow".
In 2009 the firm moved from leased office space at 1213 2nd Avenue South to a 1940s-era former corner grocery store at 32nd Street and 6th Avenue South.
Lee's Twin Oaks Investment Group, which received a low-interest economic development loan to finance the purchase and renovation of the building, also has plans to renovate the former 32nd Street Baptist Church, near its offices, into a training center and leasable office space.
Naia Corporation also has offices in Hyderabad, India and Birmingham, England.
