The Old Town Music Hall was a music venue operated by Drew Tombrello on Morris Avenue in the early 1980s. The hall occasionally hosted UAB Center Stage Productions and was the site of the "Old Town Music and Reading Series" organized by Steven Ford Brown and Danny Gamble.

The Music Hall is remembered for performances by Betts Hall Leavell Trucks (BHLT), Dr John, R.E.M., Warren Zevon, and the Radiators, as well as by local groups like The Mortals and Jim Bob and the Leisure Suits.
