Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church is a predominantly African American Catholic parish church located at 708 1st Street South in Titusville.

The church was founded in 1905 by the Josephite Society of the Sacred Heart, a Catholic organization dedicated to serving inner cities. It was located on Birmingham's Southside. It was initially named Immaculate Conception. After the neighboring Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church was destroyed by fire on March 3, 1949, that congregation moved to Homewood, and the former Our Lady of Sorrow Church was rebuilt, dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima and became the home of this Josephite church. Its associated Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School opened in 1948.

The Southside church was razed for the expanding UAB campus in May 1971. The congregation relocated to its new building in Titusville.
