Ralph Lindsey

Ralph L. Lindsey, Jr (born March 25, 1941) was Mayor of Kimberly from October 2008 until his retirement in April 2009.

Lindsey moved to Kimberly from Tennessee in 2006 and became a leader in the grassroots fight against proposals for strip mining operations in the area. He continued that fight after taking office in 2008 and also led the town's government in cost-cutting measures to help balance the budget. He retired before the end of his term due to health reasons and was succeeded by mayor pro tempore Brad Stark on an interim basis.
