The Regency Room was the nightclub restaurant and ballroom in the original Tutwiler Hotel after its 1968 renovation by the Great Southern Investment Corporation.

The venue was managed by Ike Gulas. With regular performances by Christine as well as touring groups, the lounge was marketed as a more accessible alternative to The Club.
