'''Relax, It's Handled''' was an event management company with offices at [[Birmingham]]'s [[Innovation Depot]]. It was founded as '''Projects Unlimited, Inc.''' by [[Ed Fields|Ed]] and [[Cherie Fields]] in [[2007]] and adopted its final name in [[2013]].

In November [[2014]] Ed Fields left to become Curator of Events and Community Engagement for the [[Alabama Media Group]]. The company continued to serve existing clients until closing in [[2015]].
