Riverpoint was built in [[1997]] as part of the [[HealthSouth]] corporate headquarters campus.  The building was sold, as part of the campus, in March [[2008]] to the [[Daniel Corporation]].  During negotiations, Daniel entered into an agreement with [[Nexity Bank]] to sell the Riverpoint building along with 4.2 acres to the bank for their new headquarters. In [[2011]] Nexity was closed by the FDIC and its assets sold to AloStar.

The Riverpoint building at 3680 Grandview Parkway is the 66,000 square foot headquarters for AloStar Bank in the Cahaba Center at Grandview complex off U. S. Highway 280.

Riverpoint was built in 1997 as part of the HealthSouth corporate headquarters campus. The building was sold, as part of the campus, in March 2008 to the Daniel Corporation. During negotiations, Daniel entered into an agreement with Nexity Bank to sell the Riverpoint building along with 4.2 acres to the bank for their new headquarters. In 2011 Nexity was closed by the FDIC and its assets sold to AloStar.

Daniel currently serves as property manager and leasing agent for Riverpoint.
