Robin Litaker (born c. 1958) is a retired educator.

Litaker was honored as Alabama's "Teacher of the Year" in 1997.

Litaker served as principal of Trace Crossings Elementary School from 2010 to November 2012. After she was reassigned she retired and filed a lawsuit claiming gender discrimination by the Hoover Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools Andy Craig. Several of her claims were dismissed and she reached a settlement on the remaining claims by agreeing to a payment of $97,000 plus legal fees.

In the 2018 Republican Primary Litaker challenged incumbent Chip Beeker for a seat on the Alabama Public Service Commission.
