Samuel Joseph Raine Sr (born June 23, 1883; died September 10, 1983) was the owner of the Frolic Theatre and Lincoln Theatre in Bessemer.

Raine purchased the Frolic from Ben Jaffe. He purchased another building on the same block from Mildred Terry in 1942. In 1947 he renovated that building into the 750-seat Lincoln Theater. The Frolic closed in the 1950s. The Lincoln closed around the time of Raine's death.

Raine died in 1983 and is buried alongside his wife, Angeline, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Bessemer.
