The Seaboard Saloon was a bar which opened on the southwest corner of 1st Avenue South and 22nd Street in 1897. It currently houses the residence of sculptor Brad Morton.

The Mortons suspect that the bar used the upper floor as a brothel, as it was comprised of small rooms each with a fireplace.
