Southeastern Attractions (SEA) is a full-service entertainment booking agency owned by Steven Knight with offices at WorkPlay. The company provides entertainers for weddings, college parties, private parties, and corporate events and fundraisers. Thier roles include talent buying, production management, concert promotions and event planning.

The company was founded in the late 1960s by Bunky Anderson with Barbara Hallermen. The agency worked from offices in the penthouse of the 2121 Building on 8th Avenue North.

Mike Boggs and Richard Dingler were also partners. Dingler sold his stake to Peace Concerts and went out on his own.

SEA is currently the exclusive booking agent for events at Workplay.
